What happens after I book?

Hadi manually emails your consent documents, intake instructions and Google Meet link. Complete consent and return your intake using the supplied protection instructions before your coaching session. The free discovery call needs no detailed health intake.

Payment & cancellations

Pay in full when booking a paid appointment. Cancel an individually paid appointment at least 24 hours before it starts for a full refund or rescheduling. Package rules, shorter-notice cancellations and statutory rights are set out in the cancellation policy.
