Cancelling or rescheduling
If your plans change
Cancel an individually paid appointment at least 24 hours before its start time for a full refund or rescheduling to another available time. A request received exactly 24 hours before the appointment qualifies.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, a refund or rearrangement is not guaranteed. Exceptional circumstances will always be considered and any charge will be applied fairly, taking account of costs saved and whether the appointment can be filled.
If we need to cancel
You will not lose your appointment fee
If Chronic Wellness has to cancel your appointment, you can choose to rearrange it or receive a refund of the relevant fee.
Your statutory rights
Online and telephone bookings
For qualifying service contracts made online, by telephone or away from business premises, you will normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.
If you expressly ask for your service to begin during that 14-day period and then cancel after it has started, you may need to pay a proportionate amount for the service already supplied. If the service is fully completed during the cancellation period after your express request and required acknowledgement, your statutory cancellation right may end.
This policy does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
Ongoing support
No fixed programme
You are not required to book further sessions. If you have chosen an ongoing coaching arrangement, you may end it by giving written notice. Services already supplied, and any fair and lawful charges clearly disclosed before booking, will remain payable.
Prepaid sessions
Recharge & Refocus
Pay £200 for three full Wellness Sessions, then email us to arrange each one when convenient; you do not need to book all three at once. Unused sessions have no expiry. Contact us at least 24 hours before a booked package session if you need to rearrange it. Rearranging a session does not cancel the remaining package.
After any applicable statutory cancellation period, unused package credits are normally retained for future sessions rather than refunded. This does not affect statutory rights, a refund where Chronic Wellness cannot provide the service, or fair consideration of exceptional circumstances.
